An award-winning journalist, Seán Perry has worked at the highest level of Government having served as Director of Communications to a former Tánaiste (Deputy Prime Minister). He began his career as a print journalist in the north west of Ireland before progressing to radio and carving out a niche as a regular freelance contributor to national news programmes. In 2008, he was appointed Special Adviser on Press and Communication to the Minister for Agriculture, Fisheries and Food who was subsequently elevated to the office of Tánaiste. He remained in that position for more than three years and served across three different Departments of Government.

In 2012, Seán joined Keating & Associates, bringing with him that network as well as a forensic level of insight, knowledge and experience of public affairs and communications. In this time, his main focus of work has been in marine and renewable energy working for a number of leading global brands in both sectors. Outside of Keating & Associates, he retains an interest in broadcasting and can be regularly heard in an altogether different guise, as a sports commentator on both RTÉ (Ireland’s national broadcaster) and the BBC.
